All In One Bundles Terms and Conditions
You must accept all terms and conditions to take advantage of the bundle or offer.
Balance: Check your account balance by dialling *102#.
Allowances: Check your bundle allowances and renewal date by dialling *1622#.
Eligibility & validity
- All In One Bundles can only be used by Vectone Mobile Austria Pay As You Go customers.

- Allowances are for calls, texts and mobile data usage within Austria and EU.
- Roaming within the European Union: calls, data services and SMS within the EU zone will be deducted from your allowance, or charged as per our applicable standard tariffs beyond your allowance.
- European or International minutes only include allowances to countries stated.
- Calling minutes (national and international), texts and data used outside of the bundle allowances will be charged at standard rates .
- Customers who change their bundle before their 30-day expiration period will forfeit any leftover allowance.
- Free promotional credit or credit received via Call Credit Transfer cannot be used to purchase bundles.
- Bundles subscribed via offline vouchers are non refundable.
- Pakistan Mobilink : Each minute will be deducted twice, when the customer calls to a Pakistan Mobilink number. (For example if you spend an hour on the phone, you will lose two hours worth of minutes.) This does not apply to calls to other operators' numbers in Pakistan.
- Unlimited minutes is subject to a fair usage policy of 3000 minutes per month.
- Bundles Above €20 will be subject to a fair usage policy of 5000 minutes per month.
- SMS usage is subject to a fair usage policy of 100 SMS per day.
Activation & renewal
- Customer acknowledges and agrees that the auto-renewal function will renew the Bundle at the end of its validity period and that the subscription renewal Price will be deducted from the Customer account balance. Please ensure that your account has sufficient funds. To cancel the auto-renewal feature, dial *3253# before the renewal date and follow the instructions.
- Please wait for a confirmation message to ensure that the bundle is active when subscribing to a bundle or having a bundle renewed.
Offer limitations
- Where offers are limited to Online Customers: “Online Customers” are defined as Vectone Mobile customers who ordered their SIM from the Vectone Mobile website and last topped up online using a credit/debit card. This offer is valid for the first three monthly only, after which, you will be charged as per the standard bundle rate(s).
