Bundle groups:

• Allowances: Check your bundle allowances and renewal date by dialling *1601#.
• Cancel Bundle: To cancel your current data bundle please enter *1652#
• Outside of bundle usage: Data used outside of the bundle will be charged at the standard rates as published on the Vectone Austria website.
• Online customer: Where offers are limited to online customer this is defined as a Vectone customer who bought their SIM online from the Vectone website after 1 November 2015 and last topped up online at the Vectone website, using a Credit or Debit Card.
• 50% online: discount is valid from 30 March 2017 and only for the first online purchase
• New customer: Where offers are limited to new customers this is defined as a Vectone customer who has bought their SIM online from the Vectone website within the stated offer date.
• Promotional credit: Credit which Vectone has given to customers for free (Promotional Credit) cannot be used towards purchasing a bundle.

Bundle groups:

• Austria minutes and Austria SMS has no expiry.
• With exception of the above term:.
• All In One €4,90 bundle validity is 15 days.
• All In One €6,90 bundle validity is 15 days.
• All In One €7,90 bundle validity is 15 days.
• For all other bundles the validity is 30 days.
• Kindly note that the allowances mentioned for certain bundles, with the words “Exclusive Online Offer” in the top left hand corner, are only applicable if the bundle is purchased online.
• EU Roaming : Where your bundle includes an allowance as per fair usage policy for “EU Roaming” then your usage (for calls, SMS and Data) whilst roaming within the EU, will be deducted from that allowance then you’ll be charged for your EU Roaming (for calls, SMS and Data) usage (subject to available prepaid balance in your account) the EU Roaming charges. EU Roaming allowance will be automatically adjusted based on the usage of your home bundle.
• All In One Pakete Eligibility & validity All In One Bundles can only be used by Vectone Mobile Austria Pay As You Go customers. Allowances are for calls, texts and mobile data usage within Austria. European or International minutes only include allowances to countries stated.  Calling minutes (national and international), texts and data used outside of the bundle allowances will be charged at standard rates . Customers who change their bundle before their 30-day expiration period will forfeit any leftover allowance. Any free promotional credit or credit received via Call Credit Transfer cannot be used to purchase bundles. Bundles subscribed via offline vouchers and any rolled-over allowances (after expiry of 30-day bundle) are non-refundable. Pakistan Mobilink : Each minute will be deducted twice, when the customer calls to a Pakistan Mobilink number. (For example if you spend an hour on the phone, you will lose two hours worth of minutes.) This does not apply to calls to other operators' numbers in Pakistan. Unlimited minutes is subject to a fair usage policy of 3000 minutes per month. Bundles Above €20 will be subject to a fair usage policy of 5000 minutes per month. SMS usage is subject to a fair usage policy of 100 SMS per day. SMS usage is subject to a fair usage policy of 100 SMS per day. Call made to Algeria Wataniya, Ghana Zain, Kenya Airtel, Morrocco Wana, Russia Abkhazia, Russia Megafon, Senegal Sentel, Slovenia IPKO will be charged from main balance.
• EU Bundle The Bundle allowance is only valid for Vectone Mobile Austria Pay as you go customers. Any remaining allowance after validity will not be carried over into the next period should the customer repurchase the Bundle. Customer acknowledges and agrees that the auto-renewal function will renew the Bundle at the end of its validity period and that the subscription renewal Price will be deducted from the Customer’s account balance. Please ensure that your account has sufficient funds. To cancel the auto-renewal feature, dial *3280# before  the renewal date and follow the instructions. Customer acknowledges and agrees that Bundle call allowances can be used for calls to the countries mentioned in the bundle. • Bundle Vouchers: Any bundles subscribed via Bundle Vouchers are Non Refundable. Customers who, before the expiration of the 30 days period, opt for different bundles within the same bundle group, shall lose the possibly leftover allowance of the former bundle, being granted of the allowance relevant to the newly opted bundle for the next 30 days period.
